Nicolas Roche founded Adbass in 2011 after 10 years spent at Weborama France as Research and Development Director were he was member of executive committee.
At Weborama, Nicolas build a strong team and developped web advertising technologies for advertisers or publishers using behaviour based retargeting solutions.
Today nicolas has decided to use his knowledge of the web advertising market in order to help advertisers and publishers optimize their campaigns providing them services and missing tools for their business.

With an EPITA degree in engineering, specialising in cognitive science and advanced IT, Nicolas Roche joined Weborama in 2003 following a spell at Business Objects. He was responsible for implementing and managing Weborama technologies and solutions.

Nicolas has 10 years of experience in advertising market : entrepreneur, Chief Executive Officer, e-business advisor, and media specialist.
He has been responsible for investment decisions, strategic, and corporate issues, international expansions and partnerships.
Education and achievements: EPITA, specialisation in cognitive sciences - 2003.

He joined as deputy CEO in 2011. He has been managing and developing the North America region. He has been a regular speaker at regional advertising conferences and advisor to major clients.

Dave is a founder of XtraAddText, a leading contextual advertising network in South America, acquired by Adbass in 2011.
Currently, he leads a team of 3 top developers, focusing on a next generation ad platform.
Dave has 10+ years of programming experience and is an expert of SEO, SEM and advertising.

Prior to adbass, she was employed as Director of M&T Advertising and led her finance boutique specializing in mid market transactions.
Tu is a law graduate, a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, and a Member of the Corporate Finance Faculty.
